Just getting into the BiggerPockets community. I’m looking to begin rehabbing/wholesaling and vacation rentals in the Boston area. Want to find and close a deal before fall ends. Would appreciate any advice and would love to meet investors who have knowledge on the area and looking for a persistent mentee.
