following...looking for STRs in Sarasota/ Naples area but I cant get a straight answer on if its "allowed" or not. I like the idea of looking in an unincorporated area! thank you

Ivan we are relocating from CT to Sarasota FL in October! the FL market is a totally different animal than what we have in CT. I have been following the market there for years and now I'm kicking myself that I didn't purchase something 5 years ago! Happy trails LMK if I can help.
