Hi all,

I am 1.5 years into my REI journey. My current portfolio inlcudes 1 LTR that I own outright, 1 completed flip and 2 flips pending with a 50/50 partnership, and a LTR owned with another 50/50 partnership.

I am 36 years old and a father of 2 young daughters. I am also a widower, their mother passed away in a car accident in 2023.

My goal is to scale my real estate investing to the point where I do not need a w-2 and can focus all my time and attention on loving and caring for my daugthers.

My mentor has been incredible. He has a very succesful REI business and has helped every step of the way to get me to this point. I have noticed that his capacity and bandwidth has been reduced as he scales into commercial and other aspects of his business.

Has anyone successfully tranistioned from a strong mentor to independent investor? Would love to network and learn!

Thanks so much.

Hello! I am going to purchase a BRRRR property in the next 6 months and I need to understand rent data better. Would love to hear and learn how the big brains of this wonderful community assess potential investment properties against neighborhood data. Ideally looking for single family to quadplex assessment strategies.

Thanks so much!
