Turns out that I am not the riches kid in the neighborhood. I am a father of almost 2 (having the second baby in 2 months) and I am the only one supporting the household. My wife doesn’t work but I don’t want that to stop me from becoming an investor. I currently have 4K saved and am looking at an 80K home since that is all I believe I would be able to afford because of my student loans and so on. This home is a 2 bedroom and is a fixer upper. My thoughts are to buy it, fix it, re-sell it. Please advise of any ideas of how could I purchase this home and not mess this up.

Thanks
