@Seth Davis  I'm a NC investor looking to invest in Lexington area, how do you like the area overall? It seems like the population is shrinking even though it's close to Charlotte and Winston Salem. Is it worth investing there?

Can anyone recommend a software to do loan servicing to track monthly principle and interest payment, preferably send a monthly and annual mortgage statement? Many Thanks!!
