Hi guys, I’m new to the entire real estate investing thing and I want to just ask you guys on some tips and advice on first time real estate investors. I have the money, I just need the help and knowledge so I understand 100% what to do. Like which one is better townhouse,duplex,single home, or how much money should you put down. Any advice regarding investing in real estate would be greatly appreciated
