Any fellow members know at which stage a foreign buyer must be physically present in the US so as to complete the closing?  Say opening US bank account, any other formalities like execution of contract, mortgage deed etc..

Thanks for helping

I can help foreign investors with loans. Also anywhere in the world we are allowed legally.

Hello Joseph,

Can you advise the rate and any restriction of the loan?

Hello Remington,

So is it difficult to find a quad with good cap rate and cashflow in Columbus?

Thanks!

If you would consider single family homes for a fixed 15% cash on cash return, go to homesweethomeLLC.net/investors.html

You provide the credit statement and $24,000 and receive 15% annual ROI, or $3,600 per year, paid out in monthly $300 payments. Home Sweet Home LLC property marketing and management is responsible for all maintenance, repairs and vacancies. 20 year history. References of current investors can be supplied.

Hey BP family!

I am from and reside in Hong Kong.

I am new to the US real estate market and I want to invest in a 4plex within 3-6 months for buy and hold as a starting point.

Tentatively:

Area of interest: Columbus/Cincinnati Ohio

Any recommendation to me relating to:

(1) Experienced realtor; and

(2) Lender with mortgage program to foreign investor.

Thank you very much!!!

@Caleb Brown
