@Bryan Mitchell Quartz very inexpensive with Hi and look very hard to stain. I put them in all my Airbnb rehabs and long term rentals

@Lesley Resnick Me and my wife own two and looking for a third.The majority of the work is cleaning the units and laundry . The responding to guest through e-mail she does using her phone from anywhere.The only thing we see outsourcing is house keeping and laundry. Pertaining to the where in tear from our experience it’s worse when you have one tenant constantly using the unit then 50 tenants using it throughout the year.

We moved from Des Moines,Wa to Waianae,Hi a year 1/2 ago  would love to meet up with you and fellow investors .

I wanted to comment on this post but Levi Thornton take the words right out of my mouth,but I would suggest buy HUD and Auctioned forclproperty flipping 2-3 and buy & hold one

No his payout should match his input 15% plus his sales commission if his the sales broker

In the Seattle area it about $200-$275 but you should get it done
