Sup my BP family, Started the 90-day challenge! On September 1st. (After listening to BP podcast 247). Got the intention journal. And one of my goals was to buy a house hack property (or get have one under contract by December 31). And on October 21 I officially got one under contract..(still going through the process but this is a great step in the right direction).

I definitely learned a lot about goals setting. I struggle with goals setting for awhile. Didn’t know where to start ( that journal gave me a great start) ..

Hello BP family, is it a good idea to keep my reserves in the stock market or some other investing vehicles (when I could get some kind of return on it) instead of having it seating in a savings account doing nothing?

Hi BP family, HELP! Lol

I own a rental property in Florida (free and clear) and live in NY, I am looking to do a cash out refinance on that property so I could use the cash as a down payment on a two family here in NY in order to house hack my way to my second property, I am also looking to get a line of credit.

My question is, What should I do first, I am a little worried about the hard pulls on my credit in a short time.. any advise would be greatly appreciated..
