Hi all,

I was listening to episode 91 of the BP podcast with Ben Grise and he mentioned how he got started working as an unlicensed real estate assistant. This sounds like it would be a great fit for me as I'm trying to learn more about the market/industry a bit more before really hunting for our first deal. I'm a new mom to a 3.5 month old and would love to find a part time job or better still a work at home option. However after scanning the forums it seems everyone is hiring overseas VAs. Is it possible to be a VA stateside? Is it possible to get started with no previous experience? If so how would one go about getting started in this field? Is working out of an office until you are fully trained and then working from home anything you have heard of?
