*Announcing the August Chattanooga Investors Happy Hour!

Thursday, August 22nd, from 5PM - 9PM- we'll meet at Puckett's located at 2 W Aquarium Way in Chattanooga. Kelly will be there at 5:00 pm to meet folks.

As always, this event is a casual, relaxed, no sales and no agenda - it's simply a gathering of area investors. This event has been a lot of fun and extremely helpful - looking forward to seeing everyone again and meeting some new folks!

Where: Ask for the Private room. Please look for Kelly if you're on the early side.

Parking: They have free parking on the street and paid lots right outside the building. Use Park Me Lot Search

You should be able to find it as Investors Local Meetup-Chattanooga (not REIA)

Puckett's downtown Chattanooga was very good to us so we are going to the same place again this month. There are a few places where you can pay to park until 6 pm and then it's free. Just drive a block or two and you should be able to find spots available. Otherwise, there are a couple of paid lots right by Puckett's. See you there!!

Check out Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union in Chattanooga for a HELOC. They may not be the cheapest but they go up to 100% if you have great credit. Get involved. Partnerships are not too hard to come by if you are bringing a real deal.
