Hi,

I'm new to the private investor idea. I question how people are finding investors that are willing and able to invest, when friends and family can't help.  I potentially have a "gramma & grampa" house with $46,650, possible potential profit.  I am not afraid to put in sweat equity. This has been difficult but like all things real estate, I think you just need to put in the work to get the results. Any advice is appreciated.

I’m trying to break into the Real Estate Investment world.  I am looking to find an experienced, successful investor I am a hard worker, not afraid of sweat equity and to work hard. I am not greedy, some money is better than no money and the opportunity, training, knowledge and experience are priceless.

I posted a listing on Postlets, not know that Zillow and Trulia draws from there, how do I take the listing down from Trulia?

Great advice Rod Yarger, thank you!  I would absolutely love to do that, just the other night, that is the path that I have decided to pursue so I have not begun the search on the path to team up with an experienced, successful investor, I am not afraid of sweat equity and I am not greedy, you are absolutely correct some money is better then no money and the opportunity, training, knowledge and experience are priceless.
