I completed my courses through Inland Real Estate which is out of Downers Grove and they have an all online course available. The teacher was great, class was very insightful and they are there for you through the entire process! Definitely recommend!

Hi - I'm a realtor and would recommend teaming up with an agent that you work well with to provide a benefit to you both. It can be costly becoming an agent and you have to keep up with continuing education so although you may save some money, it is a job that you must continue to pay dues and maintain. If you have an agent working with you on your investment properties, you can determine a set commission that would give you balance and a team dynamic.

Hello all! I'm a realtor in IL with my team covering most of the midwest region. Thankfully, we are finding some success for both buyers and sellers during this crazy market. However, I'm looking for insight on the best tactics to use during a multiple offer situation. Thank you!
