A tax lot adjustment is when you’re able to move the boundaries around your land. This is easiest when you own both lands/properties where you’re planning on adjusting those lines (which I do). I’m also wondering if the county would allow me to break one of my lines into two parcels. Know someone that can help?

Does anyone know how to perform a tax lot adjustment in Los Angeles County? I'm also trying to get another tax lot added to the current lot that I own. Is that even possible?

Does anyone know how to perform a tax lot adjustment for Los Angeles County?

@Cory Carlson sent you a PM

@Jared Rine it's currently 15 units and a shop which is rented. Monthly gross is currently around 8-9k and value based on that is 1.2 million. 310k owed. Looking for a 75 LTV if possible. Would you be able to help?

Does anyone have a good recommendation in Oregon that would do a cash out refinance for an apartment complex?

I have an apartment building that is slowly being renovated with 13 out of 15 units occupied. It’s definitely a project. I have an offsite property manager but I’d really like an onsite property manager and/or handyman on site. Willing to offer free rent, stipend, and bonuses based on level of work and experience. Ideal for someone starting out. I’d also love to partner with this person in the future if everything works out. Sound remotely interesting to anyone?

Really appreciate the advice and reach out to Portland realtors for sure. Ideally, I'd like to find a live-in manager but I just can't find anyone I can trust at the moment. I also need a handyman type there and it's just a hassle. I'm currently paying 10% for the management fees alone but getting sub-standard service. She's someone I built a trusting relationship with so it's valuable to me but just having a property manager that won't steal from me just isn't enough.

@Anna Sagatelova

It’s in Coquille. Familiar with that city?

I have a property near the coast of Oregon with limited options for property management and limited options for general contractors. Does anyone have better ideas for options?
