Thanks for your willingness to help. I don’t own my own house but am willing to get a better understanding of your approach. 

I’ve always wanted to learn about real estate investing but get overwhelmed with where and how to begin. I’d love to find a mentor and would be happy to exchange my time and assistance in return for knowledge. I’m a hands-on learner who’s willing to put in the effort to learn! I just don’t know where to start.
