@Kelly Flippin

can you start with a house hack or live in flip?  that is a great way to get started.

you should also find all the meetups within a couple hours and go to all of them

hope this helps

Thank you for the advice. I need to figure out hiw to finance without $. I can't move on a hack house due to we live in a home already.
I am planning on going to meet ups in my area ,& connect with others.

Hi Kelly I'm a real estate agent/Investor that would love to help! I currently own and have flipped several properties in Danville VA/Reidsville NC. During Covid I worked for a Medical Travel company so i would highly suggest with your knowledge to use that in your benefit. I would love you chat/meet if your interest in talking further.

Thank you! I would love to chat & get your insight on real estate before I jump. Would love to chat soon.

Hi. I plan on going to meet ups to network. I'm unable to live in another home due to I am a homeowner & need to stay here. I do have a possible opportunity to buy a home that was left to a friend if mine & its full of stuff left befind if his parents. I have not seen the home with the exception of the outside. My friend suggested for me to try owner financing then to rent it out or turn it into government assistance housing. I know nothing about head homes or government assisted housing however want to learn about it if I know I can make monthly income on it. Your thoughts??

Hi everyone. I am 100% new at real estate & would love to learn from all your successes. I'm a registered nurse & looking for a way out full time in the health industry. I've always been intrigued with learning about real estate & making it a part of my retirement. I would love to know where is the best place for me to start & least expensive, & what do I need as far as a team (attorneys, repair professionals, etc). Thanks for any advice!
