Hi BP! I'm new here and not sure if anyone can help, but figured it'd be worth a shot! These past 1.5 years, I have worked with a small team rehabbing and managing an 8 unit multi-family property in Dallas and have really enjoyed the experience, so I want to do more! While working on this project, I discovered my passion and keen eye for interior design and am interested in connecting with investors + flippers who are looking for any kind of interior design services. I know most investors/flippers think interior design services can be expensive and out of budget, but I believe it can help transform a property and easily elevate it to or above market value without going over budget. In anyone's experience, do you think offering interior design services would be helpful to investors and flippers? Does anyone know of anyone who may be looking for these services? How much do you think an average investor/flipper would be willing to pay for these services?
