Thank you, I have since found out that the screw hole is actually for the option to move the handle to opposite side.  They are now telling me the drawers started breaking when they moved in and deteriorated soon after.  They have been there for two years.  I'm not sure I believe that and also if they had told me then I could have replaced perhaps one drawer before the frame broke.  Now I'm replacing two drawers and the frame.  

My tenants somehow drilled or screwed a hole in the refrigerator door. Also, both bottom crisper drawers and assembly are broken on a five-year-old fridge.  It is $275 to purchase replacement parts and $280 for a new door.  I am probably just going to caulk the hole and not replace the door as it's a white fridge.  My question is how much to charge them.  I understand there should be some wear and tear expected but this seems excessive.
