Thanks for the welcome and the feedback. I guess I should elaborate on my ambitious goal. I would like to be in a place where I know enough and can safely and intelligently acquire that many units. Realistically I'm sure I will have a few more multi families, but I want to keep my goals big to keep learning and moving forward. 

My name is Kellie Fernald from Peabody Ma, north of Boston. I'm new to the site, but have been listening to the podcast for a while. I bought my first multi family about 2 weeks ago and would like to have 100 units by the end of this year. This feels ambitious, but I might as well aim high! I'm looking to learn as much as I can from this site and make some connections.
