Hey everyone,

I’ve been working in real estate for a little bit now, and like many of you, I’ve found that two big challenges keep coming up:

  1. Finding distressed or off-market properties before they get picked up by others.
  2. The time-consuming process of property analysis—especially when trying to figure out ROI, ARV, or repair costs quickly.

I’m curious how you all are dealing with these issues. Do you have any go-to strategies for sourcing these types of deals or for speeding up the analysis process? What are the biggest pain points you've encountered when trying to find distressed or off-market properties?

The reason I’m asking is because I’m working on a potential solution that leverages AI to address these exact challenges. I’m gathering insights from fellow investors to make sure it hits the mark. If you’re open to sharing your experience or thoughts in more detail, feel free to drop a comment or send me a direct message!

Looking forward to hearing how everyone approaches these challenges and learning from your experiences.
