Quote from @Jordan Malara:

Hey @Keith Torsen, welcome to the BP community! I'm an investor in CO Springs as well. My specialty is on the short term rental side, but I've had an opportunity to do a handful of other things over the past 6 years of investing. We should connect sometime locally!

That sounds great!!! Would love to connect with people locally to discuss things.

Looking to learn as much as I can about REI. I am new to real estate as far as investing. I have always had a keen eye for properties looking at them and dreaming what they look like on the inside. Do they need to be updated? Does it have a "home" feel? Being one that DID NOT grow up in house, things like this have always gone through my mind. Other question come across as well that are along the same lines. Then I ask myself, "How could I make this property better?" Just something I have always been interested in. Feel free to interact with me here and ask anything you would like. I would more than happy to answer any question anyone may have. Thank you for having me here and I look forward to doing business here with any that are willing to "take that leap".
