Is anyone here invested in Fundrise ? If so is it any good ? Or any opinion on it ?

I’m looking to get my real estate license at Key Realty and I was wondering how many tries do I get if I fail the exam the first time and do I have to pay again ?

@James Galla my college College of Southern Nevada (CSN) offers a certificate in real estate, so I was just thinking about getting that first.

What’s the difference between having a certificate in real estate vs having a license ? I was planning to get my certificate first and then the license eventually, but is it even worth to go for certificate first ? Or should i just get my license ?

I’m 19 years old , I’m looking to be a real estate agent soon and hopefully create more passive income. I was wondering what’s the best option for me to get my license.
