I’m looking to get my real estate license at Key Realty and I was wondering how many tries do I get if I fail the exam the first time and do I have to pay again ?

@James Galla my college College of Southern Nevada (CSN) offers a certificate in real estate, so I was just thinking about getting that first.

What’s the difference between having a certificate in real estate vs having a license ? I was planning to get my certificate first and then the license eventually, but is it even worth to go for certificate first ? Or should i just get my license ?
