Thanks! And my uncle has been doing RE for quite awhile and from the sounds of it, there is a lot of downside but more upside if you put your research in. I want to own tangible assets and be able to earn a consistent steam of income per month while being enrolled full time. As of now, I would like to start light with single family rental properties. Apartments so to speak.

I am excited to be affiliating myself with fellow real estate investors! I have not invested in real estate yet, and I came here in hopes of some pointers or advice! It would be greatly appreciated! Looking to build partnerships and friendships! I have been investing in the stock market for about 3 and a half years now and I have had success as well as some failures. Diversifying is key, and I think real estate would be an amazing opportunity for a college student.
