Jay Hinrichs TTS is Tax Title Service. I made a mistake on buying the property. I was going to move into the house but now things changed so I have to sell it. I don’t think financing that house is an option because of its condition. So it will have to be a cash deal. I hope I can get title insurance through TTS and sell it.

@Jay Hinrichs it is a house. So we are looking to work with TTS hoping that they will help with that. Any other suggestions?

Jay Hinrichs thanks for the quick reply. I called many title companies and every one of them needs to have 5 years requirement for them to underwrite the insurance. I already bought the property. So I have to find another way to sell it. Thanks for your help.

@Rick H. @Jay Hinrichs Do you know any title insurance companies that will underwrite title insurance for a property that I bought at the end of 2016 from a tax sales in California? The 1-year statue of limitation for redemption in California has expired. But I am having issue finding a title company to get title insurance. Thanks

Hi Fellow BPers,

I need your help. I have a property in Yuba City, CA that I bought with a tanent in it. I need him to move out so I can do renovations to the property. Does any know any good eviction lawyers or property management companies that can come me with this?

Thanks,

Keith

Wei Xie

@Wei Xie @Victor N. Thank you very much for the answers. I guess the best bet to wait it out for a year. But does a quiet title help?
