Hello everyone, I am a new wholesale investor in the Chicago land area. In searching for peers to network with, I've run into several investors pushing Renatus. I joined a local Meet Up group that appears to really be a networking vehicle for Renatus. Not sure why I get an odd feeling about the organization (call it a gut feeling), but it feels like a scam. 2K-14K investor education levels with the promise of networking with established professionals within the organization and building business credit. Forgive my skepticism, but this sounds like it may be Trump University with another name. I could be completely wrong here, so please share thoughts, opinions and/or an actual experience. Thank you.

Great advice here guys. Tyrone, I truly appreciate your words of wisdom. It's makes perfect business sense. Brett...I agree 100%. I've been thinking about doing virtual wholesaling in Indianapolis.  Would love to chat with you about the market.

Hello everyone, I'm new to Bigger Pockets, and look forward to learning as much as I can. I'm a new wholesaler in the south suburban area of Chicago. I'm looking to build a buyers list of serious cash buyers. Any tips on this process?
