Hi, i'm having problems uploading my list to postcard mailing services because its a jpeg file and they want excell file or txt type but i don't know how to convert it. can anyone help?

I want to order postcards also but not sure how to format them and what exactly to have printed on them. Any good advice will be welcomed.

Hi, I don't know them at all. However I think the vast majority of what they could teach you is on this site and//r on the podcast for free. I tend not to trust people that say they make all this money in real estate but go around offering courses that would take alot of time. This is just MY opinion just be careful.
