Purchase price: $312,000
Cash invested: $10,000
Sale price: $360,000

2 bed, 2 bath condo. Needed a little TLC and provided an awesome return.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I knew a neighbor and offered to list it for the seller. Seller decided to list an auction company and I was able to purchase at a great price.
