Thanks so much! How has your experience been with the unit so far? Is it hard to find people looking to rent out on those zip codes you recommended? Or is it usually always occupied your rental?

Hello biggerpockets! I am looking to purchase my first rental in little rock. Was wondering if anyone had any advice on specific areas to avoid and what areas are good for coc? I have no debt at all, looking to put down 25-30% and not really looking to go over 150k. Do you all have any agents or property management companies you recommend as well? Going to be taking a trip out there in 2 weeks so trying to line up some properties to check out. Any info or advice is greatly appreciated it. Looking forward to hearing back and connecting with you all !
