 After months of being scared of getting started with real estate wholesaling, I finally was brave enough to buy a list. I started mailing that list out two weeks ago. Well, I  got my first call from that list and I sucked big time on that call. I feel so crazy now. LOL! But I am still excited about the whole journey and I can't wait until I get everything rocking.

Hey @Peter Pratti thanks for the feedback. I was actually thinking about that a couple of days ago that I should do it myself. I’m just overthinking and making it harder than it is.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge  man. I appreciate those words. I was actually freaking out just because I didn’t not have a website and business cards. Yes, I would love to get some advice about direct mail. I know that I am just over thinking things and that is holding me back from getting started.
