When you refi in brrrr do you initiate an entire new loan qualification process on yourself as well as the property or is the it just the value of the property?

If i change jobs without my current in come is there the chance of being turned down on refi?

It's a solid neighborhood and this is seriously the worst property in there.  I can remove tenants 1 at a time to rehab bcz they're all month to month.

I am considering a3 unit property, in distress, with 3 mon2mon leases. Could i consider refi after rehabbing one unit at a time. if they are all on the same plot or is that kind of a silly proposition and not a possibility.

situation is like u said, deep in distress which means alot of rehab capital that i may not have enough cash for.

On brrr strategy can you get your rehab money included in your loan? Realistically, if so, how likely are lenders to do this and are u killing your refinance potential before you even start?

The re-fi part of brrr is to pull money out so that i can make another purchase?

Thinking of brrr/ house hack on muli fam. Want the ability to roll out after 2yrs to look for another prop but will need capital again for down payment, is that the repeat part?

looking for clarity on the money/ loans aspect.

Have appt to talk w lenders tomorrow. Seeking 1st investment. Heard on a BP podcast that a duplex could be used as my primary res while renting another side as long as i stay for 1yr I would be able to roll out and purchase another to start building a portfolio. It seemed in the podcast that these loans can be had w lower % down payments. What is the vehicle/strategy called that i can bring up to lender so that I an getting correct info and so that i can research?

Im trying to figure out how to ask the right questions to get real answers. Thank you
