Hello everyone! how are you? I was wondering who is doing deals in the central jersey area? im looking to network with people in my market.

Another question what are the first steps in starting and rei business. I've taking courses and educated myself on different types of deals. just far as protection etc...

looking to do wholesaling and rentals.
