Honestly it all looks very interesting. I am more interested in wholesaling and flipping homes in the near future. Just want to get my feet wet and see what it's like.im thinkin should I purchase a fixer upper first, or what should I actually do! I'm lost!

I have been self educating, reading and going to siminars for about 2-3 months now. Honestly, I think I'm missing how to actually get started? What should I be looking for? Things like that. I'm totally stumped! :/
