Hi, I got a question. I'm a bit new to the Real Estate market. But I do own 2 condos totally paid, which are rented and I am about to close on another which will be totally paid. Then I am going to save for a while and want to continue in investing.

I'm also a missionary in Bolivia. I'm here just for a break. I'll be going back next month. In the mean time I would like to educate myself on real estate investing. I read on another thread here that condos might not have been the smartest thing in investing. So, I want to get better.

I would like to purchase some good books, preferably available on Google Books, that can educate me. They shouldn't be too technical with abbreviations, etc.... I almost need a book like Real Estate investing for dummies. (Me being the dummy!!!) Maybe the book exist, but I would like you all's recommendations, before buying them.

Real Estate in Bolivia is not very good right now. Might be great, but we just finished a very difficult political situation. So, I'm not sure how stable Bolivia is. And maybe someone like Kiyosaki would know exactly how to deal in those situations, but I'm not comfortable.

Thank you all so much!!!

Kees
