In January Of 2016 I will begin my career as a Realtor in OH. Of course their is plenty of houses to be bought or sold. I'm interested in knowing some of the Key things that Investor/ Wholesalers like to know before buying a property and also the average time period in which investors buy properties.

It is one thing that i continue to think about with my career choice& that is the obstacles wholsalers go through. If anyone has any experiences good/bad, dealing with motivated sellers please share with me. I would like so information so that I can respond I'm the best way possible. 

 That would be something I'll defiently be interested on attending.  My main focus is wholesaling. With my current situation,this is the best way to get into real estate for me. What about you?

 I've ventured out to 1 so far. My job is making it so difficult for me at the time to make more then 1 every 2 weeks. I'm defiently set on wholesaling due to the lack of funds/credit. What is it that you do?

I've finally decided to step out and  introduce myself to the community. Been looking around at different sites and have made my decision. I'm looking to replacey 9-5 and bring some great deals to investors / buyers in the cincinnati area.

I am currently attempting to build a Strong Buyers list. Could anyone give me some stron advice on how to findo new cash buyers.
