Good morning BP community! We are all aware of the terrible pandemic and its economic struggles it has. I’m currently a 22 year old head of house hold looking for honest work. I attend digital marketing classes Monday- Friday from 9am to 5pm. As of March 16th there will be no more classes which leave me some room for me to work. I was wondering if anyone is in the NYC area had some honest work for me to do during this hiatus.

What should I have to prepare for a house hack? I'm open to moving anywhere in the U.S. any suggestions? Also can you house hack and transition into BRRRR investing?
