Hello BP family! Hope everyone is having an amazing day. I’m new to wholesaling. I have deals in my pipeline but finding cash buyers has been difficult here in SoCal. I have 3 currently on my list, does anyone have any tips on building my cash buyers list? Thanks in advance!

Hey BP family, I’m attempting to obtain the code violation list here in Southern California in LA County. I’ve spoke to multiple people and have had most of them tell me this list doesn’t exist or isn’t public record. Has anyone had any luck obtaining this list?

I was able to finally purchase the list but obtaining owner’s information is difficult here where I am (CA). If anyone has ideas or suggestions that would be great!
