So excited for you ! & yes , been there with the bad tenants sucking the life out of you & my then husband made me be the bad guy cause he sure wasn't going to do it & our daughter was young at the time as well ! Burnout is a real factor to consider so congrats on trudging forward & meeting your goal !

I don't think your logo sucks at all but if you're not happy with it there are some free apps out there with free templates where you can make your own logo for free . The one I used was DesignApp . Just play around with the free templates & tweak the colors & fonts to your personal taste & voila ! I also tried using Assembly but I didn't find it quite as user friendly as the first app I suggested ! Good luck 🍀

Just wanted to introduce myself & say Hi!

I'm new to Bigger Pockets . I've had some investment properties in the past and am currently looking for investors to help me purchase a hotel in Colorado . My biggest obstacle at the moment is coming up with the initial down payment of $125,00.00 for the bank . Short of crowdfunding does anyone have any suggestions on how I can approach potential investors about helping me come up with this down payment ? How do I find such investors ? The hotel has been established for 15 years & the owner has showed my all of his paper work and my yearly income will be $100,00.00 easy so once I can get my foot in the door , I can easily repay my investors it's just coming up with that initial $ 125,000.00 that is my biggest hurdle at the moment . Any advice or suggestions are welcomed as I'm desperate to come to up with this down payment ! Help ! Lol
