@Sean Gribbons I was "hoping" to get 4k but instead, I got two 6100 and 6500 and 13K for plumbing, furnace, water heater and AC

@Sean Gribbons Hi Sean. I watched a couple of videos and read about pex and it appears to be cheaper and simpler. I was hoping I would get a quote for under $4000. The house is very small and most of the walls are down already.

I know this is old but just incase others are looking, if the house is FREE and CLEAR all liens/debts will be paid. Sometimes on the master list, it will say F/C in the notes
