Looking to help out anyone in the Nashville RE market in exchange for knowledge and experience.

I am 24 with a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from Belmont University. Currently pursuing a career in digital marketing. I am highly ambitious and very tenacious.

Please let me know if you have anything I may be able to help you with. I expect nothing but experience in return.

Thank you for your time.

How should one get started without capital for investing? I know the obvious suggestion will be to acquire personal equity, but I wanted to know if any of you have successfully used creative ways to fund your first investment.

I am a passionate individual looking to work/intern for someone established in the Nashville RE market.

I am a college graduate with a degree in Information Systems Management. I am currently working in digital media/marketing for a well established startup. I am Looking to learn/work for someone in the evenings and/or on weekends. Nothing is below me.

Thank you all for your time

Aaron,

I am willing to do anything to learn the game. I am interested in Wholesaling to start out with. What's your area of expertise?

Hey Leo!

Thanks for reaching out. I have been in Nashville for about 7 years now and love it! Currently live in the Nation's on the west side. What part of town are you in?

As far as interest goes, I am very interested in flipping older homes, multifamily units, and buying in up and coming neighborhoods for both the short term and long term ROI. Honestly I am just looking to dive into the RE world and learn anything I can.

How long have you been in real estate Leo?

Thanks Ben and Jay.

Appreciate the time and responses!

That's awesome homie!

Whats some advice you can give to someone wanting to start building a portfolio with no money and a full time job?

Any steps I should begin taking?

Thanks for the reply Jay!

Did you start out with a firm or on your own? Were/are you in real estate full time?
