Hi @Dan Fields, not yet, been working on my long term plan and getting everything ready for the first deal. I know the best way to do it is to jump straight in, and there will always be surprises, but I want to be prepared for any that may arise. I have set my goal to have the first property by year end

Hi Patrick L. Boerboels are my all time favorite! Rest assured, now that I know Keegan the Boerboel exists, if I ever say something stupid on this blog, I'm blaming it on the dog..... not sure if I will get away with it, but it's an exit strategy nontheless! hehe :)

@James Vermillion right now I am looking at short term flips and rehabs but have already set an end goal if all goes well to include at least 25-30% long term rental income producing properties. I am sure this will change as I learn more and find my niche though.
@Brandon Turner I have never come across another Keegan myself, I suddenly don't feel so special and unique any more, I'm devastated! hehe. I'll be sure to look over the links you provided, many thanks. :)

Hi Everyone.

My name is Keegan, just starting out in Real Estate. No idea what took me so long, it is something I have been interested in ever since I was a teenager living in South Africa. I recently got my Real Estate license but my real passion for Real Estate lies not in being an agent, but I still felt it would be a good tool to have. I have listened to so many different podcasts and programs which honestly left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I listened to another podcast which was so bad, I wanted to leave a negative review. By chance I read the last review and Bigger Pockets was mentioned as being a far superior podcast. I am so glad I looked deeper into it. I have been lurking in the background for the past two weeks annd catching up on your Podcasts. I'm very happy I found you and look forward to learning as much as I can.
