This may not be to place for this question but we will go for it. You want to make sure the name on the house matches, title is in their name,the disruption is correct,the taxes are paid, beds and baths match, lot size, liens ect...Keith

hi I just need some more information as far as what price point are you in as far as the deal. You said you had an LLC set up so did you go through someone's training if so if you don't mind me asking who it is. Also I can give you a couple pointers on where to find funding I just need to know a price point and if you're putting any money in the transaction. What is your exit plan? thanks

Derek Gomez, David Bohner I just want to thank you for voting and posting here. There is a great product that I use every day called Toodledo. It is a pocket to do list maker that is out of this world. For list people it is a must. I use podio as our CRM and it will sink up with  toodledo and print out a foldable booklet for me to use..It is great..Keith

Hi Anyawee

There are good ones and there ones that should be taken out and ^&&$%^&&. I understand it is part of there business but you have to give people value. Knowing what I know now is worth 100k and I would pay it because you can't take it from me now. With that said seek out someone you can relate to and that has the same values you do. Check them out, I studied under *************, Ron Legrand who are the real deal. They are not cheap but I know people that spend big $$$ for college and never use it. If I can point you in the right direction I will..Keith

Hi Kevin

It is all about you and how you best learn. This site is great and you can learn tons from it which I agree totally. With that said there are people out there that will not move towards a deal out of fear. For those people there may be other issues going on (not a doctor..lol) or they are just the kind of person that needs to see it done or have their hand held. I know for me I saw a reader but at some point along the way (other than paying for the books) I worked with a paid mentor. Pay doesn't always mean money, it can be time or a trade for service. Go to your locale REIA club and as around... Hope I helped and good luck to you

Thanks Joe for confirming to him about that truth. I only invest there because of the great returns and the people. I buy in Garifield Heights and Boardman using them to do our lease option program and it works outstanding !! Other than a bad location they should be filled..Let us know hoe we can help. Keith
