Hey Brandon, I too am new to BP & an active investor in KC.  Still learning about all the features, but it looks like the membership was a great investment.  Maybe we can help each other discover how to maximize our memberships. LOL.  I too am also looking to do more deals as well.  I have done 26 flips over the past 3 years now, all in the KC area.  Look forward to getting to know you and anyone else who would like to chat.
