Not sure if I'll be finished by then but will let you know if so. I'm mainly free this evening. What's the address?

I'd certainly be interested in helping out and learning a few things although I rarely have much free time. What are you in the process of doing and when are you doing it?

I appreciate the responses. It seems as though I'll need a new system so I'll check these places out. Thanks!

Hey everyone,

Does anybody have a good HVAC connection in Louisville? My AC decided to go out on me last night and figured this would be a good place to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

@Carrianne Mucho Thanks for the tip. I was unable to tag your name on my phone for some reason and I just assumed you'd get a notification.

Sadly, the house that I was interested in, I decided to pass on. Depending on what I find and if I even require a renovation loan, I will certainly keep you updated. Thanks again!

I have heard that most people aren't familiar with them which I'm sure would turn into an unpleasant experience. Even the FHA website didn't list anybody that has done one in the past year. I'll be sure to give them a call later today. Thanks, Sean.

Yes, it'd be my primary residence for at least a year. Do you have a preference between the 203k or HomeStyle? I'm a first time home buyer so the smoother the process, the better. I'm sure everybody wants that though, haha.

Looks like there is a PrimeLending branch in Louisville so I'll be sure to reach out to them tomorrow. Thanks!

That's a lot higher than I was expecting. I've read that they're typically only 3.5 like a typical FHA.

I'm also interested in the HomeStyle Ren loan if anybody has any insight on this. It seems like a lot of people prefer these, although requires a little higher down.
