Hey all my name is Kenny great to be here!! I am a fairly new investor in the Hagerstown, MD and Northern Virginia/D.C. Metro Area. I primarily focus on acquiring multi family residential properties in the area. Yeah I invest in Western MD, Hagerstown specifically and I've just set up a separate high yield savings account with Ally Bank and just hold deposits there.

But what @Michael S. Owen said is very interesting I haven't considered charging an administration fee before, might have to look into that in my state!

Yes I would love some information on that also I live in Gainesville and can't really find anyone. I would also like to get an attorney to handle my seller financing contracts and closings if possible.
