Hey Dee, I'd love to connect and talk about this if you're still available!

Does anyone in the Tulsa, OK area have wholesalers that you’d would be willing to refer, or anyone on here wholesaling in this area? I’d love to get on some buyers lists. Looking to open up as many opportunities as possible!

Thanks for any responses!

@Lee Ripma @Matt Everling

Thank you both for the responses! I ended up passing up on this deal for a couple of the reasons mentioned in the replies.

Hi all,

I'm a new investor and I've found a property that I think will be a really good first deal! It looks like it will be a good cash flowing deal (about $200 per door) in an emerging market. I hear all the time on the podcast to look for barriers to entry, so following that, this property is zoned for a single family house while its listed as a 4 unit.

So I'm looking to see if anyone has experiencing getting the zones changed on a property? If you've done this I'd love to hear what your strategy was and how it worked out for you!

Thanks,
KC

I recently graduated and college and got married, during the last year while both of those things were going on I also came across BP! My wife and I just moved to the Tulsa, OK area and are looking to purchase our first property within the next year.

I've heard investors say on the podcast a couple times to get connected to a real estate agent and give them what you're looking for in a property. What information do you recommend giving the agent? Obviously, type of home, price, and the other major things, but any smaller things I may leave out?

Looking forward to this journey and all the help BP will be on it! If you're in the Tulsa area I'd love to connect and see how we can help each other!
