Would like to know if anyone here has closed on a property in less than 30 days? Or if there are any lenders on here who can close in less than 30 days? I have 10-20 percent down payment, Great credit, and job/job history. Please advise!

Thanks for the responses! I would like to sell it. It needs about 15-20k work before it’s at market value of about 90-100k. The lot is the biggest on the street and it’s shaped like an L. It could potentially be two properties because the back of the property runs onto an adjacent rd. It is also in a rural area.

Good morning Everyone,

Looking for some suggestions on a home I currently own outright in Plymouth, NC. Haven't spent enough time researching to get it sold but i currently don't have a mortgage on the property. Looking for suggestions on what I should do with it? Thanks!

Hello Everyone,

Looking to invest in either wholesale, rentals, and flipping. I would like advice on how i could go about investing while living overseas, building a team remotely, finding investors for wholesale on the internet, finding properties on the internet, and obtaining financing over the internet. I purchased a condo in California about two years ago and realized that purchasing remotely is possible but i would like advice so that i can alleviate any unnecessary mistakes.

Anyone have experience, advice, recommendations, and would like to share? Thanks in advance!
