We are looking for a True Asset Based Loan/Lender, NO CREDIT PULLS!, loan for the next 12-24 months.

We own a 3bd/2ba (5 star Premium Hosts Airbnb) SFR Property (Downtown ATL, GA.), it's owned free & clear (no liens or mortgages)

$600k Value/Equity (CMA done - Oct 23')

For the past 3 years:

Yearly Gross Revenue = $68k/Yr Yearly Net Revenue=$49k/Yr
We would like to do 65% of LTV.

We are looking to buy another distressed property in our area to Fix & Flip with funds and then refinance in 12-24 Months. OBO?!
