will do thanks @Bob Razler

@Bob Razler thanks for recommending these Lake Worth multi's to the group! It's too bad the timing didn't work out that I couldn't attend the meeting, but I'm flying down to WPB on Wednesday, and I'll be sure to do the drive by :)

....Also would love your opinion, could you let me know of some good investment areas as I don't know the area at all... I see stuff regarding Old Northwood come up for a good vacation rental, what are your thoughts?

Hi @Sung Stepak, likewise nice to meet a fellow Canadian. You live in a little piece of paradise out there. A good friend of mine just left  Victoria (they were out there for 3 years on a business relocation). Enjoy it!

HaHa @Bob Razler you've convinced me!! We are there as fast as my US citizenship application allows me to (still waiting for the approval)! I'm so looking forward to terrific sunny skies (and sunsets).... hopefully by May/June next year.

Hi @Meghan Chomut yes so much to think about regarding property here in Canada and CRA. I'm hoping that we can cut all ties to Canada financially and start fresh in the US. My husband is American so I'm hoping this will be in our favour. But yes, I've got to get speaking with my accountant about this. Thanks for the info and reminder.

thanks for the advice @Carlos Zapata, seems like living and getting to know the neighbourhood is key (not the same if you just visit for a few days).

Hi Neighbour! @Giuseppe Pavone that's great that you will be doing a move down to Florida as well. Yes it would be good to exchange information/ideas. You can contact me directly, email in my profile. Talk soon.

hi @Krystal Thomas this is good stuff. I'll keep you in mind if we decide to venture down that far south.

HI @Kevin Koffman Thanks for the information on the Keys (I never even thought of this area) and we'll be sure to check out Juno Beach too. I love the proximity to WPB

Hi @Jeff Hubert thanks for the information. We'll have to do a lot of neighbourhood scouting. I appreciate the tips!
