Thank you Robert. I feel the same about being OK with my family living in the property.  I love to drive through a potential neighborhood and see how the curb appeal of the feels as a whole neighborhood.  As for average affordability of homes, do you use county tax assessment value, Zillow or some other way to estimate this?

What are the top three thing you look for in a neighborhood when buying a SFH to rent?
