Hi!

We obtained a HELOC and looking into our first multi family investment property.
We wanted to explore the turnkey routine but I spoke with a few and I feel like that may not be the direction I want to go.

Anybody have thoughts or experiences with turnkeys?

Hi @Nicholas Aiola,

Thanks for your insight. I have a question regarding HELOC. I'd like to use my existing HELOc to finance my first investment property (preferably a multiplex)

My question is, how do I ensure that I do this in a way where I will be able to pay back the HELOC?

@Jake Rodriguez for sure! My main dilemma as well is learning about ways in which the HELOC can be paid back

Hi,

I am super new to the investment world. I have a HELOC on my current home and would like to begin my RE investment journey with it on a multifamily property. Any advice on how I could go about this?

Hi!

Has anyone begun their RE investment journey with a HELOC? How did this look for you when you first started? how far into RE investing are you now?
thanks!

Hi!

Thad anyone purchased a gas station? Would love to hear your take on pros /cons or possibly network.
thanks

Thanks. Agreed. I was thinking a college town in northern Florida or Texas. But I also heard you have to live at the property for a year.
